This notice explains the private-beta information handled by the AI TOOLS workspace.
Account information
Google identity, organization membership, roles and database sessions support authentication and workspace access.
Verification and billing
Verified phone state, payment status, credit balances and immutable ledger evidence support onboarding and commercial controls.
Operational metadata
The portal stores statuses, timestamps, model/channel labels, counters and sanitized error codes. It is designed not to store prompts, responses, transcripts or message bodies.
Security evidence
Audit events, hashed network/device signals, rate-limit records and onboarding consent versions support security and accountability.
Providers
Google, WhatsApp verification and Stripe process relevant data under their own terms when those integrations are configured and used.
